Simona is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with over 10 years’ experience in the HR field. She holds a Law degree both in Italy and UK and has initially trained as an employment law solicitor. She then went on to qualifying with the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development), the industry body for HR professionals. Simona gained her experience by providing support on all aspects of employment law to large organisations of various industries, both in the private and public sector, as well as to SMEs having worked also in consultancy. Simona is well known for her professional and pragmatic approach to Human Resources where she takes the latest best practice and translates this into workable, cost effective and value added solutions. She has a passion for delivering Strategic HR to businesses to get the best from their people.
