“I am a highly accomplished software company board member and advisor focussed on helping businesses achieve their goals. This is underpinned by a very successful contemporary software CEO career where I have a strong and proven track record of buying, growing and developing international technology businesses and enhancing shareholder value.
During my technology career, I have successfully undertaken a wide variety of roles from Sales to Software Development, Marketing to Operations. I have managed and built excellent teams in all disciplines. This has culminated in over 20 years at MD and CEO level successfully building shareholder value through acquisition, strong organic international market development and growth. Alongside this, I also have a successful track record in advisory roles along with other non-exec experience. I bring this extensive expertise together with my strong analytical skills to advise, guide, mentor and direct boards, investors, business leaders, founders and innovators.
Originally from a programming background, my early career was centred on Product Management and Development, innovating and building enterprise software products. I followed this by focussing on business development and building the go to market teams of operations, sales, marketing and pre-sales.
When not working with technology businesses I spend my spare time tinkering with classic sports and race cars and am an accomplished and fiercely competitive club-racer.” said Ridgway.
