The EDRM pilot rollout is then planned with a strong focus on user training through system implementation, administration and healthcare professional operation. Following the pilot rollout, the system is then left for an agreed period of time for your familiarisation and evaluation during which period we are only a call away for any support you may require.
After this period, a Pilot Feedback Report is jointly compiled and assessed against initially agreed evaluation criteria to determine the feasibility of moving the EDRM pilot into a full rollout.
