We are incredibly proud to have received the Public Sector Entrepreneur’s Award, a huge accolade and recognition of our amazing success.
This year was the ninth annual Enterprise Awards black tie Dinner, the “Oscars for Technology Entrepreneurs”. It was held at London Hilton on Park Lane on Tuesday 25th June.
The Enterprise Awards focuses on the business founders, not only the business itself and offers a unique opportunity for the tech-world to meet, recognise and award the UK and Ireland’s most successful technology entrepreneurs who have achieved greatness in both public and private markets. Hundreds of people attend the Awards dinner each year, including Investors, Technology celebrities and high growth businesses.
The Enterprise Awards were founded in 2011 by John O’Connell of the ScaleUp Group. He started the awards to identify high performing individuals in the Technology Sector. He founded and sold Staffware plc, which is one of the UK’s most successful enterprise companies. It sold for $200+ million. From that time, he has invested in another 12 tech businesses and currently chairs several businesses that were also in the running for an Award this year.
The criteria to be able to enter into the Enterprise Awards were very strict and diverse. The candidates had to have experienced growth, have external recognition whether potential or actual, and have self-funding or successful fund raising. The service, product or business model needed to be innovative. IMMJ Systems did not only meet all the criteria, but we also walked away with an amazing award.
The award is a tribute to all the dedicated and talented people that work for IMMJ Systems, and without them it would not have been possible. We are confident that we will achieve even more in the coming years.
