IMMJ Systems and UKCloud Health are delighted to announce that their EDMS Cloud deployment to Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust – the largest cloud-based deployment of EDMS technology in UK Healthcare has been shortlisted for Best HealthTech Partnership with the NHS at the HSJ Partnership Awards 2020, recognising their outstanding dedication to improving healthcare.
The judging panel comprised a diverse range of highly regarded figures across the NHS and wider healthcare sector. To be shortlisted as a finalist for these awards, despite tough competition from hundreds of brilliant applicants, is a mark of real achievement for IMMJ Systems and UKCloud Health. The EDMS Cloud deployment to Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust has been selected based on their diligence, ambition and the positive impact that the project has had on both practitioners and patients within the health care industry.
Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust had a requirement to implement an electronic document management solution, replace its in-house developed application and deploy in the cloud to meet its GDE targets and ensure a smoother and faster deployment of the technology as a whole.
The platform, which is made up of the MediViewer EDMS (developed and delivered by IMMJ Systems) and the Cloud platform from UKCloud Health, will be the largest cloud-based deployment of an EDMS in UK Healthcare once scanning is completed. It will support the Trusts HIMMS level 7 ambitions and be a key driver to their achieving this.
The solution is a SaaS based fully managed service model which is being provided by both providers, with the application level support being delivered by IMMJ Systems and the Cloud support by UKCloud Health.

Held at the Park Plaza Westminster on the 27th February, the evening will provide a great opportunity for influential figures to unite and celebrate the achievements of their industry peers. The awards evening is expected to be attended by leaders and professionals from both the NHS and private sector as well as figures from non-clinical backgrounds to celebrate innovation and collaboration in healthcare. This year’s chosen charity partner is MediCinema a charity dedicated to improving the wellbeing of patients, their families and carers across the UK through the magic of the shared cinema experience.
